Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that items must be at least half full to be eligible for a return processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it and attach it to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging if possible and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
